Sometimes we all need support to feel whole again— after a loss, a transition, a break-up. Maybe you've never quite felt whole at all. Anxiety and strained relationships wear on us, mind and body. And if you've been carrying emotional weight, your own or someone else's, until you feel "too full," that's okay. Feeling isolated doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. We all need support. Sometimes we just have to reach a little farther to find it.

You don't have to heal alone. We can't always lean on friends, partners, or family when we're stuck— and you don't have to. I offer a supportive, gently challenging space where we move at your pace: uncovering triggers, easing pain, sitting with uncertainty, and finding a path toward peace.

Everyone has been let down at some point. You don't have to stay there.
